Technology and Service Working as a True Partnership

The NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions cooperative contract was designed to increase efficiency and accountability while improving workforce management processes. Together with the lead state, Utah, NASPO ValuePoint extended a solicitation to top government contractors for a variety of cloud services. The NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions master agreement awarded to Knowledge Services can be used by state governments, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and other eligible entities upon approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with legal provisions.

Overview

Knowledge Services was awarded the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions contract based on our ability to provide on-demand self-service through our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, web-based vendor management system (VMS) that can be utilized through multiple platforms, and configurable cloud-based service model, which is tailored specifically to meet the needs of various states and cooperatives. Furthermore, participating states and cooperatives realize transparency through the use of our private, cloud-based service model by leveraging the tracking and reporting capabilities within the VMS. Knowledge Services’ alignment with NIST standards and requirements also contributed to the selection of our service offerings. Having been awarded this contract, cooperatives can benefit from Knowledge Services’ management of vendor-based contingent and temporary labor, fixed-bid and milestone statement of work (SOW), and field-based mobile and in-home service provider management..

  • Scalability and flexibility to unique participating entities’ needs
  • Timekeeping, invoicing, and process oversight
  • Reporting (both standard and ad hoc)
  • Online search and query functions

Knowledge Services Integrates with NevadaEPro
Knowledge Services' vendor management system, dotStaffTM, is fully integrated with NevadaEPro - the eProcurement system utilized by the State of Nevada to manage their internal procurement process. This integration ensures a more streamlined approach to creating, reviewing, and approving multiple steps in the procurement process. Communication between the two technologies has created invaluable process efficiencies related to managing the State's contingent labor workforce.
