GSA IT Schedule 70

Knowledge Services was awarded a five-year Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 contract by the U.S. General Services Administration to provide its extensive experience in workforce management and cloud-based technology to federal, state, and local government agencies via Special Item Number (SIN) 132-40 Cloud Computing Services.

NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions

The NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions cooperative contract was designed to increase efficiency and accountability while improving workforce management processes. Together with the lead state, Utah, NASPO ValuePoint extended a solicitation to top government contractors for a variety of cloud services.

NASPO ValuePoint IT Vendor Managed Service

The State of Connecticut was the lead state partnered with NASPO ValuePoint, receiving input from five other states, including Indiana, Nebraska, Connecticut, Delaware, and New Jersey. The goal of this procurement was to award providers who have state government experience managing the information technology temporary workforce.

Indiana MSP Professional Services Contract

Knowledge Services was awarded a contract with the State of Indiana after the State released an RFP that sought to procure Managed Service Provider (MSP) services through a contractor utilizing a Vendor Management System (VMS) to automate statewide procurement of contingent labor.

Arizona MSP Temporary Staffing Services Contract

Knowledge Services was awarded a contract with the State of Arizona to serve as the managed service provider (MSP) for IT professional services through a vendor management system (VMS). This contract is utilized by a variety of cooperatives such as quasi-agencies, cities/municipalities, and universities and can be configured accordingly depending on the needs of each cooperative.

Florida MSP & Professional Services Contract

The State of Florida awarded Knowledge Services a contract to provide managed service provider (MSP) services utilizing a vendor management system (VMS) to take on the primary responsibility of managing the state’s temporary staffing needs in the areas of administrative and light industrial contingent staff. This contract has been utilized by various agencies and quasi-agencies, cities and municipalities, and institutions of higher education.

Tennessee Managed Service Provider Contract

The State of Tennessee awarded Knowledge Services with a contract to serve as a managed service provider (MSP) for statewide contingent workforce services in a variety of job classifications. Knowledge Services presents two options to the State of Tennessee for obtaining IT professional services, including a staff augmentation option and a project option.

Maine Professional Services Contract

Knowledge Services was awarded a contract with the State of Maine for a managed service provider (MSP) program solution for contract IT labor utilizing a web application vendor management system (VMS). The contract allows Knowledge services to provide enhanced value, resource quality and retention, local subcontractor utilization, and productivity by offloading administrative duties and improving operations. With this contract, Knowledge Services replaced the State of Maine’s previous MSP and VMS providers.

Ohio Managed Services Provider for IT Staff Augmentation

Knowledge Services was awarded a contract with the State of Ohio to provide managed service provider (MSP) services for IT staff augmentation obtained from a network of vendors. The State of Ohio contract with Knowledge Services for MSP services utilizing a vendor management system (VMS) is utilized by many state agencies that would also utilize non-IT MSP services as well as a few cooperatives, including the City of Columbus and Franklin County. Knowledge Services replaced both the existing MSP provider and VMS solution.

Utah IT Consulting And Medical Staff Augmentation

The State of Utah sought to enter into a contract with a qualified supplier to provide managed service provider (MSP) services that would deliver time and materials IT and medical staff augmentation in an end-to-end technology solution. Knowledge Services was awarded this contract after the State of Utah participated in the MSP pilot program.
